The high level of gastronomy at Ristorante San Giorgio can be attributed to three factors: knowledge, inspiration and passion.

Ristorante San Giorgio has been honored among "The Best Italian Restaurants in Copenhagen" by the prestigious Italian guide Gambero Rosso 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021-2022.

 

We are proud to have been awarded as the second best Italian restaurant in Copenhagen, and as number 36 of the 50 best in the world by the guide "Top Italy. The best Italian restaurants in the world 2019"

 

With their Certificate of Excellence Award 2020, the guide "Restaurant Guru" recommends Ristorante San Giorgio.

 

Many other prestigious industry organizations have honored Ristorante San Giorgio, including the World Association of Italian Restaurants, the Danish-Italian Chamber of Commerce and the Ercole Oliviaro Award.

 

Ristorante San Giorgio is certified “Marchio Q”.

THE BEST RAW MATERIALS

 

Fresh and tasty ingredients are the basis of all the dishes we serve at Ristorante San Giorgio. Through personal contact with local producers directly from Sardinia, we manage to have the best quality of raw materials.

Here in Denmark we use the best local suppliers on the market. Thus we achieve to have the season's most unsurpassed meat, fish and vegetables.

Our menu is changed frequently, to reflect the finest ingredients available at that time of year.

 

Absolutely everything we serve is prepared from scratch and to the smallest detail. We make our own dough for pasta and bread every night, after which it is cooked completely fresh the following day.

 

 

REFINED MENU

 

Our guests can choose from three-, four- or five-course menus. Occasionally, these menus vary as Achille Melis daily selects the best fresh ingredients for her both innovative and classic dishes.

Our well-trained staff will guide you through your choices and help you discover dishes that will satisfy your tastes.

We have a well-stocked wine cellar with hundreds of bottles from all over Italy, as well as a highly trained sommelier to guide you through the wine list, which is perfectly matched to our dishes.
